@Guavaman36 Upon further review with some higher-up staff, we want to make sure that you are completely clear on the options here. The First option is to reject this contract. Essentially, we want you to make an informed decision. Through your ban appeal, the terms in which you were unbanned for basically gave you a preset payment plan: So essentially, here it is, all laid out for you by a ServerAdmin, clear, no late fees, clear dates, everything like that. The risk that you run is that you dont necessarily have the cushion of latefees: if youre late and royal reports it, you might get in trouble. However, if you are confident that you can pay off 200k/week without issue, there shouldnt be an issue. The Second option that you have here is to accept this contract. Essentially, its the same payment plan, but it includes late fees, which gives you a cushion of being late, but at an ECD cost rather than a potential 'legal' cost. Im going to make somethings very clear: -Regardless of whichever option you choose, you will still owe royal a base amount of 1,600,000 ECD, due by 9/18/19. Whichever option you choose, the staff team will enforce in a potential complaint that may be filed. -The ONLY difference between the two options is that with agreeing to the contract, you have late fees due if you are late to a payment, and you essentially get 3 extra days that comes with a cost. -This is not meant to say that royal is trying to trick you or whatever. We just want you to know that you to be fully informed that you have 2 options in paying your appeal debt: either the strict amount or the amount + potential late fees. -What it boils down to is this question: do you want to run the risk of potentially paying off extra ecd for a potential cushion of a couple extra days, or can you do 200k/week payments without any additional late fee payments being made? Please consider the two options and which one is better for you. When you have decided on which option you want to do, please respond to this thread and let me know! Thank you.
Thank you @Zedoker for breaking it down as such. I appreciate the elaboration. I have taken steps immediately after being unbanned to liquidate my assets. I already have a week's payment in my forum bank and I'm inching closer and closer towards a second weeks. I feel confident in my ability to make the 200k payments, and compared to my total debt, I consider the late fees negligible. I'm going to maintain my answer. Thanks again.
