Here I will be offering many services regarding property and also buying/selling towns, homes, farms, etc. Spoiler: Services Town Sale I will visit your town, take pictures of it's best features, post them here in the for sale section and sell the town for you. You don't need to put in any effort at all for selling, I'll take care of all the advertising, etc. It's all free until the property sells, see conditions. Spoiler: Conditions - You must allow me to visit the town to take photos, either I can take pictures of what looks the best myself, or you can suggest areas. - You must add me to the region as an owner so I am able to make the sale, take payment and hand the town over. If you are not happy with this, then we can arrange a sale of the town while we are both online. - Advertising your town with me is free, and will remain free until the town has sold. No sale, No fee. Upon sale of the town, I will give you at least 90% of the towns payment (Or in case of exception to above, you give me 10% of the payment). - The 10% fee may be reduced depending on the cost of the town. If the town is selling for an exceptionally high price, we can arrange a lower percentage fee. ---------------------------------------------------------- Towns for sale To be updated. ---------------------------------------------------------- Towns/Property I'm buying Will consider all offers. I am buying all towns, just send me a forum PM, reply here, or even a message in game. ---------------------------------------------------------- Pricing - Advertising your town/property through me: Free - Successful sale of town/property: 10% of price (Or less depending on value) Spoiler: Terms Terms last updated: 7th October 2015 Spoiler: Terms - Upon starting advertising with me, you are obliged to pay the fee established upon successful sale of the town. No fee must be paid if the town does not sell. - You may establish a price for the town you're selling, or I can suggest one for you. You, the seller, have the final say in the town sale price. Via Private Message we can establish the desired (advertised) selling price, and the absolute minimum selling price. - I can either A) Find a buyer for you and it is up to you to add region permissions, take payment then pay the 10% cut to myself, or B) Be given owner permissions of the region to add a new town owner, or region member (For properties) then take the full payment. Your percentage (90% or greater) will be given to you when we are both online, or via trade signs. Option B is much easier, but if you are more comfortable with A then feel free to choose that. - I will do my very best to find you the best price for your property. - Your properties/towns will stay on this thread until they are sold, or until you wish to withdraw - The town owner and town names will be hidden from public view on the thread. These details can be released privately to interested buyers. This is to help prevent people from failing to pay the 10% fee and saying I didn't help advertise. - There is no minimum or maximum time your town can be active on this thread. - Your property/town will be removed from the thread if it sells. - I am not responsible for any LWC/locks remaining within a region. - To be eligible for advertisement, you must fill out an application - I have the right to refuse any applications. - Please note that negotiation on fee is not accepted for properties/towns that sell for less than $60,000 - While I am an owner of your region I will not: Break any blocks, place any blocks, remove any members/owners, add any members/owners (Besides those who purchase) or assume authority over the town. My region owner permission is merely to sell the town and nothing else. I will remove myself as owner once the property is sold. Hey, just wanted to let you know, on the properties conditions, it says "I will give you 90% of the towns payment." just wanted to let you know you might want to change it to "I will give you 90% of the properties payment."
