Must provide with dirt, otherwise cost of dirt purchased from server shop will be added to the payment.

- Land Clearing
- Farm Planting / Replanting
Must provide with items needed, otherwise cost of items purchased from server shop will be added to the payment.
Around $10,000 - $30,000 per 200 x 200 floor.
- Large Scale Water Placement
May choose to provide with ice, otherwise cost of ice purchased from server shop will be added to the payment.

- Farm Construction
Must provide with materials, otherwise cost of materials purchased from server shop will be added to the payment.
Around $25,000 per 200 x 200 floor (with dirt), $30,000 - $45,000 per 200 x 200 floor (with dirt & farm planting)
