I think it would be a great benefit to many if when the server is down or if it has a special status, e.g. reduced limit, donators only etc. That one of the mods or Andrew post a locked topic explaining the situation. If I have somehow missed it and this type of notification exists, my apologies. It is only reasonable that the server have such status notifications. It would also help if a short description of the reason would be added so that those of us that would like to make a judgement on when the server may be available, we can do so without starting multiple threads about the server being down or limited based only on conjecture.
