I think somwhere (not sure because it would kind of mess spawn up) there should be portals to different worlds. i think it would be a good idea because there would be more building space, and like andy said we are never going to get rid of this map. So i think after a while it would get to full and the mining resources would deplete. But im not sure if this would cause major lag or not. So this is just a thought :D

Maybe a seperate resource world that gets reset weekly? So that rare things like dungeons and diamonds which will eventually become scarce in the main world will still be obtainable.

I think we should expand the border by 500 blocks.

That sounds like a pretty cool idea, we could save the main world for building and rape a world that is regularly reset for its resources. Now the question is, will there be mobs if this is implemented?

It would be also cool if in the separate world you couldn't private chests, and lava, and TNT were allowed :p Give the griefers a place to grief kinda deal. Although that could be bad.

although, nobody really builds in there, so its hard to grief. The only thing ive really griefed is the spawn twice, and because of that andrew made it impossible to do by conventional means now...

Yes, so it would be given like a wild west feel, so it would not just be and extension of towns. Creates a hostile atmosphere on one hand, but it is a world always filled with rare materials! Only the hardy would survive and prosper. +1 to you
