It also happened when I tried to send money to emongolab and it sent money to several other people. Instructions: Send money to someone and if they have the same word or letter in their name as someone else, it may do this. Both names have "acc" therefore if you were to type "/pay acc 100" you would pay both Axe_bacca and accusolHD $100 each. It is not a bug, simply how the essentials system works.
I've tried to bug this out for an hour. I can't reproduce this when typing full or almost full usernames.

This isn't a bug, For emongolab, you simply just typed "em" and it sent it to those people because their username has an "em" in it, for th e future, I would suggest you type the ful name.
