Selling towns is nearly impossible. There's a 25,000 Fee for One of the TWO (<--- WHY TWO?!) Applications. On-top of this the user has to pay for the "Additional Town fee" then the Payment the town owner wants?!... This is ridiculous. I see two possible solutions for this... 75% Addition Town Fee and No 25,000 App Fee. OR The Ability to have your Town removed. I don't want to be stuck with Towns when there's a 9 town limit... Don't get me wrong i love all I've done with these towns but now i want to move onto a new idea and because i cant expand my towns anymore I'm screwed (Also demolishing the town with a world edit would make spawn look bad). I Have a sneaking suspicion andrew doesn't want a giant crater next to spawn lol.
I agree, the reason why they must pay the next price of town is to prevent giving someone mayor for free, but when you think about it, the giver has already purchased the town and they are now losing it. Just scrap the next cost of town and keep the 25k imo.
Wait... Can you remove the Extra Town Fee If Its between Presidents? So it eliminates the whole "Mayor" Issue.
