It's 200x200, mostly flattened, and for the most part empty except for leaves and a nice looking Town Hall-esque building. The area is mostly in a desert biome, but partially in a forest biome as well. The town hall is directly on top of a double ravine (One ravine inside another ravine) that is partially outside of the boundaries.
