Hello @MiloTheDoge, Looking at the town of blazefire, I can see that there are 7 different owners of this town. As such, to sell this town you will need to prove that you have legal ownership of the town. If the evidence is sufficient to prove that you are the legal owner of blazefire, we can move on from there. However, if you are not the legal owner, we will not be able to enforce this contract for you. @MiloTheDoge given 24 hours to provide proof of legal ownership of blazefire

A sign is not enough evidence to show that you are the legal owner of the town. Do you have any screenshots showing an agreement between you and the previous legal owner agreeing to transfer ownership to you?
@MiloTheDoge Removing all the other owners was 1. illegal unless they were all inactive for 7+ days, and also illegal as you also cannot remove other owners unless you are the legal owner. Legal doesn't mean "added to the town as owner" it means you legally purchased the town from another official or legal owner, if you did not purchase this town you don't have any right to claim it as yours and sell it. that is what we want from you, proof you are the legal owner of this town. Now this contract won't proceed unless everything is complying with the rules. Can you prove you legally own this town?
I purchased it from Theyukbob @ClarinetPhoenix and 3 point said I could remove the other owners, and move them to members
