The town is slightly griefed, but if you have enough dirt, it isn't much to fill in. Also, there are a lot of free chests that I have not filed lwc removals for! You guys can both check it out by going to portal floor 18 then turn around and go to red section and find catland. When you arrive there, turn left and go over the enderchest. Then look around!
