All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: Selling a town <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will sell the rights to my town for 80,000 ecodollars and move all of my stuff and unlock all locks with in the next 24 hours of the contract being approved and the town being sold. When the amount is paid in full i will remove myself from the town and no longer have any affiliation with it <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: ManUtd_10 will buy my town for 80000, paying 20000 today 8/12/13 and paying 5000 a day for 12 days until the full amount is paid. if he does not have it in with in 12 days it will cost 1k extra per day that it is late for upto 1 month. then a report will be filed against him. <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. Since it is technically against the rules to have someone that is not the original owner remove the original owner I would like to see something that said when the town was paid in full that you would remove your self. This way no one gets in trouble at a later date.
