I am not sure I understand - I saw it wasn't an auction but you asked us to post offers here on the thread. I am assuming you would want to take the highest offer.
Thank you and it is understood that you may not sell even at the highest price. I am still not sure if you would are willing to sign a contract not to reclaim and if billybue owned this town. Looking at the history, it looks like billy owned it. If that is the case and you bought it from him, I would stop making offers and let him take it back.
