A beautiful build! Quite an accomplishment, especially since you have only been on the server less than a week Keep up the great work. Wishing you the best of success! May I suggest that for future towns, you consider a name that might be more generic for better response?

you are probably better off keeping it looks more like a base not a town next time make the town 200x200 it looks cool but i dont see it being worth anything over 100k how ever GL
I decided to keep it a while back and just sell it if an offer arises. I do not wish to make a 200x200, too much space and time. I will stick to doing 100x100 or less unless requested for a build.
You should definitely do a 200x200 as a flagship build- they take a while but its something to work on when you're bored (not constantly or you will get burnt out xD). Its also quite fun to make something that makes peoples jaw drop
Its actually difficult to sell anything build totally out of your own ideas- if that makes sense. Its easier to make money off of getting a building job and doing stuff that way. The only way i've made money by selling 200x200's is by actually getting hired to build them. If i were to build a house for example without anyone asking and then trying to sell that house. Regardless of how amazing it may be- i would need to low ball the build (sell for a lower price) because no one would be interested. While on the flip side- if i built a house for someone as part of a job- i could sell it for a lot more as i can tailor the build to their wants. But long story short! Keep the town and add to it! haha
Also you could use this as an example if you want and offer to build something cool like this in their town or build their whole town for them which costs less for both people then transferring a town.
After working on that project for so long, I have no desire to work on large, time consuming builds. Also, I don't want to add to my town. I will just keep it as is and move on. Probably work on builds for people in the mean time, or stop building and become a fisher . Big builds are more than I would like to waste time on currently.
Yeah I have done a few builds for people with that as my example now but, eh... I will just waste away playing lotto and the casino.
I will say that you really do make me smile "working on that project for so long" You had literally only probably worked on that town for a week or so. Some builders have spent months, if not years to complete some amazing builds here on ECC. I would hate to see someone with your talent just be a fisher and lotto master Before you give up, please take a look at archive and look at some of the amazing builds that were done over the last several years. Hopefully, it will give you inspiration. I am sure that there are many players that would be glad to show you these towns. Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of success!
This thread has started to bother me... ever think that maybe Hunny doesn’t work that way? Doesn’t want to spend years on end on a build and likes the satisfaction of finishing a project and able to stand back and look at it? As they clearly said in previous posts. And so what if they want to fish, lotto, or use the casino. This is damn game that they and anyone else can play the way that want. I wouldn’t drop the cash on this but it’s a beautiful build and I don’t want Hunny to feel like everyone came to this thread to just dump on them.
