    I bought a town recently named "birka" for 25k, flipped it, and filled in some old plots along with demolishing and LWC'ing some old plots, and I am looking to sell it again it it's new form for 30k-50k!

    Pros:
    Completely flat
    200x200
    Most users evicted, others will be evicted soon :)
    Some LWC work done now
    Warp application in progress, will edit this when warp is done :)

    Cons:
    Still LWCs to be done
    Rough around the borders

    Honestly I think you should finish the LWC work, from what I've seen that alone could be worth 30k.

    Got a message yesteday that the town was sold to a @FoxyTheBoomQueen for 30k. I believe that means it's not off the market?
