Title! Located in legacy, this town has multiple farms - a 200x16x10 pumpkin farm (capable of keeping many people farming!), a khobbits statue, and some other unfinished farms (Mostly done). Starting at 50k - you can sell perms to easily get the money back. I am selling this because I'm focused on other projects.
