could you do a payment plan for the eff7?

 

You could probably sell your town claim for 300k, that's what I did. I may be interested in moscow, I'll take a look after school.

Town claims are only selling for 150k-200k now

 

I'd offer 915k all upfront for the eff 7, feel free to consider. Wouldn't go a penny higher

Id buy your eff7 on a plan if yiur interested. i know your not into plans but knowing your getting a steady cash flow towrds your rank is better than waiting for that rare person who has a mil to spare. I normally pay back debt very rapidly includibg a 700k loan payed back in 2 weeks. Pm me if this interests you how ever keep in mind im not looking to over pay and am not interested in paying more than a mil in total.
