Hello everyone. I recently purchased this 4th row shop and I have now realized I just do not have the ability to keep it stocked and I have not been using it to it's potential. I have been pulling in 10/day in the few short days I've had it, so I assume you'll have no problem breaking even and going above and beyond that. Asking price is 500k.
