So, I don't need two spawntowns. I might never finish the first one at this rate, and it's in a better location. For Sale: my original spawntown, Arcadia. A significant portion has been leveled, and it contains my starter vault for the new server, complete with some starter farming, and an obsidian workshop for making 16 stacks of concrete at a time, if you don't have extcreations++. But most importantly... 225x225 within one town of spawn. The corner spawntown has built a road to one corner of Arcadia, and there's nowhere else to get a town this large. See the pictures below. Feel free to forum /pm me offers. Serious offers only. I have no financial need to unload it, but it could give me more resources than it is, and it would be nice to let someone else build here.
