Hey everyone, Hope everyone is well and enjoying ECC. I have decided its time to sell my shop at station33 (yellow side) due to my inactivity at the moment. The shop is 4th from front of the yellow path so is in a prime location, and footfall is really good in the area, so for anyone who is dedicated this is the shop for you! @COOKIEMONSTERS51 Just a heads up, past stations 4th inline have sold for 650k and 750k. I wouldn't accept anything less then 550k if I was you.
Out of personal experience, I have sold 2 shops on this row for 400k and 500k, both on payment plans. I was sold a shop on this level for 180k, but someone else offered 250k and it was sold to them. I understand if you want to hold out for 500k+ but if you want it all upfront, it may not come.
@Original_Jackson While you have a point, as he stated, he won't be active. That means it won't really effect him if he doesn't get the money straight away... Just set a sign for him/her to pay.

Been incredibly busy recently. Jassimq's offer is still the highest at this moment in time, if anyone else wishes to make an offer they have until saturday morning around 11am-ish GMT to make an offer
