I am selling my town Saskatoon for 75k, i lowered the pirice by 10k. it comes with a wall, a big town hall, and rule boards ext. (you may change the rules to your liking) the town is a little bit less then 50% flattened, but there is not much to do. no LWC removals needed. Saskatoon is 200x200.
