Pay: Each worker gets %10 of what they themselves earned. The %90 goes into the money pot. The money pot is where all of the %90 from each department is put into. Say nitro172 made $100,000 today $10,000 would go into his pocket and 90,000 would go into the money pot. Every friday the money pot would be divided up, I would get $45,000 and nitro would get $45,000 also. IF you don NOTHING all week just for the paycheck at the end you WILL NOT get any money and WILL BE removed from the team. Considering that I did nothing that week, I would be removed and wouldnt make any money Each person on the team is required to sell $50,000 of product in 7 days. That way it is fair for all members of the team.
