    Oh right, forgot to mention that. I'd definitely prefer up front, because again, it's all going towards an Eff7,as fast as possible :) if you were to have a plan...what would you be able to put down?

    Ah ok, np. And I dont have enough money for a plan. Or a offer you wont take 50k but since you need as much as possible, quick. you probley wont want to do it.? I am going to see if I can open a loan with someone today. I really want that sword..
