I have owned and built Gooseberry & Whitehorse for over a year now. Gooseberry is basically finished, with Whitehorse farms well into development of a large scale farm.

I have new projects I would like to start for the new year and i'm currently looking to sell both towns together to a new owner! This will allow for new funding of my new projects.

These towns have been completely designed by me and constructed of expensive materials, mainly quartz blocks. The architecture, expenses, town features, connect towns make these towns very special and stand out from the rest.

This would be a fantastic investment for people who own a large scale nation that consists of some of the best designed towns. It also allows for plenty of profit as the house designs being architectually constructed means people will pay more. These towns combined have everything you will ever need in a town to allow you to make money and live in a beautiful environment.

I'm also willing to do any town feature applications you may want at any time, even a full ownership transfer!, but this is at your own financial expense.

This is the equivalent of two additional town applications, but you get two towns that have been designed at a high standard + a huge farm. This is great for people who own nations or a player who wants to own their own town which is majority completed!
