200x200 town with a warp + 6 176x16x10 Chunk Farms + More

As you all can read from the title, I will be selling my town called France. France is a 200x200 town that took over $150,000 ECD worth of supplies/payment for workers which includes a warp plus 6 chunk farms of 176x16x10 consisting of sugarcane, wheat, melons, pumpkins, and netherwart. The purpose of a chunk farm compared to your ordinary 200x200 farm is that the farm consistenly grows as long as you are in the chunk, so there is never a need to afk and wait for it to be fully grown. Below, you will see pictures of the crops inside the town. If you have free time in-game as well, you may /warp france to view the farm yourself.
*NOTE: I am seeking $400,000, however; I am willing to negotiate the price and I am open to payment plans*
