    Yes, it is, it's 3000 xp in the expshop, (only way to get enchants)
    And $3500 is normal for 825 xp, so that's 4.24242 per xp orb,
    So we multiple 4.2424 per orb with 3000 orbs (xp) and we get around 12k. I put it to 10k to make it 'cheaper'
