All rooms come with two furnaces, one double chest, access to two enderchests, a shop(Coming Soon!) and access to a public farm(pm PSTOSD for access.) Rates are as follows: Builders: $400 for your first week! After your first term payments go to $500. Resident: $500 per week, plus access to the 20x20 12 floor farm across the street(keep in mind it will be a WHILE) Rent can be paid via Trade sign located in your apartments in exchange for a food item!
