First off is a smaller more compact mansion This took about and hour or two to build and used a grand total one double chest of quartz and a bit (30k worth of quartz) This house is being sold for around 60k! i am open to bargaining This next house used 3 double chests of quartz and a normal chest of obsidian (100k worth of materials) and I am selling it for around 150k!!! (extremely cheap considering how large and expensive it is) Pm me on forums or in game if you want to see/buy these amazing houses!!!
