My ingame name is timbobzimbob, and I'm renting & selling permanent access to my 200x200 2 floor melon farm, in a week or two it will be 4 or 5 floors. As you can see from the photos its "equipped" with an afk railroad, which I've been told multiple times isn't really necessary, as for some reason my farm grows incredibly fast lol. You farm a row or two, and then they're 75% grown when you come back. Was told it was something to do with the chunks, its pretty nice though. Here are two pictures of the first and second floor. As of right now, there are 3 users that are actively using my farm (maybe 1 hour a day each) but other then that it is VERY quiet, and whenever there is another person, I can guarantee you they'll be friendly and willing to chat ;P The farm makes an average of $15,000 - $18,000 per hour with an Efficiency IV Unbreaking III Silk touch tool. I've been told by myself, and my 3 farmers As far as prices go, I'm asking for ~$13,000 for permanent access. Its $1,500 / hour. Could do about $5,000 per day.
