Hello, I am looking to sell farmania, a 200x200 flat town in legacy. The town is built over the ocean, and features a bonus basement going throught the entire town! The town does not have a warp, however if you purchase the town, I would be more than willing to apply for the warp with your $75k of course. I have taken a bunch of screenshots from the town, will be sold as is. I will get all of my stuff out by whenever we agree to proceed with the town being sold. A contract will be filled out as well.
