Today I am going to be selling my [Tycoon] town claim. Please post offers below

I am looking for offers around $150k to $200k ecd.

EDIT:

I've started to get more offers, when there is not an offer for more than 12 hours I shall start a deal.
If you want to keep offering after this you may, however for now I will not be in touch.

This has sort of turned in to a bidding war.
Here are the rules:
You may go up by 10k per bid.
The bidding will continue until no other offers have been made for 12 hours.
The max bid will be 200k, and if it goes to this the auction (as it is sort of now) will be finished.
