I do not have to sell this town, simply want to start new with president town. liamfrench I have a number in mind, will not disclose because of people only offering that. I'm not making an offer but after reading the descriptions of the towns, it seems that the area is worth between 230-280k at least
I am just wondering, to purchase these towns will require 4 different contracts - 1 for each of the different owners? If that is the case, could you price each town individually please?
