Hey OJ, I may be interested. Do you have a contract where you purchased this town? I see the original owner is active, will he be willing to sign a town claim release?
Hello AdmiralD! I have an in-game contract which states I receive full ownership of the town. Thank you for your quick reply. As for the town features if I were not to claim, I typically pay for the feature and an additional 10% to the owner for their time and consideration.
Ok, as ball has not replied to this post yet, I am going to mail him in-game. Assuming he will comply with any town features you wish to buy, what price are you willing to offer?
