Replitz: A semi rich town. Not for the wealth elites of Pepelexa, but it definitely is not a builder town. Aquaticiiport: Connected directly to the Capital, it was intended to be a Yacht town. The price: I will be listening to all bids. I am looking for no less than 1M, so start there. You may team with other users, and possible co-own it, or divide the towns up.
