The property will be made within 5 days of submitted purchase posts. THESE PROPERTIES WOULD BE GREAT FOR PLUS SIZE FARMS.
50k with the purchase of 100x100 and the buyer will receive co mayor status to add any builders working for them.
lol...the 40x40 plot is way too expensive.....in the town i am living in...it is 4 k for 40x40...15 k is way too expensive
I would charge 16,000 for a 40x40 But I have a resident discount that would bring it down to like 14.5k and then I would probably take more off if it was someone I knew so it would end up being like 12.5k. We don't have a portal either. I think the prices are pretty good! I just can't afford
Thanks for the input the prices are relatively cheaper for a town like this. There are no build regulations so that makes it a lot better of an area.
