    Hello, I am selling the 200x200 town of "swag"... (don't ask i did NOT name it). The town is 90% all flat with a nice stone brick bottom layer. The town as a built 20x200x2 wheat and melon farm in the back. There are also 13 10x10 plots with small houses on them but other than that it is all empty. Im selling to the highest offer.

    Well the town is always yours for as long as you want until you add another owner to it. You do not have to add another owner. Right now i am the sole owner of this town. You can purchase a portal for the town whenever you want and have the money for it. I do not know how much it costs though
