I am confused. Are you offering to sell your mayor town for the rank or are you attempting to sell an existing town?
@dAtsheepd0e - a few questions: Do you have a contract or screenshot documentation from your purchase of the town? Will you handle the eviction of current members of the town? Do you know if the original owner is still active on the server (for the purposes of contacting for town applications?)
