What's the town called, does it have it's own portal, would you sell just co-mayor, why are you selling, how many people live in it, how much free space is there (in squares for plots), does it have any co-mayors at the moment and will they stay if I buy the town?

I might build a bridge from my portal to the towns spawn. 3.I would sell the entire town, meaning i am not added, and you are the FULL mayor 4.Noone lives in it, and the only locks are mine, which will be removed very soon 5.200X150, but if you want the full 200X200 you can simply take down the farm 6.It does not have ANY co-mayors or members. Well tbh, I'm a resident so it'd cost less for me to get mayor rank, a town, and with the excess (prob bout 30k) I could pay someone to make the farm including materials.
