[Selling] 150 x 150 Land

What exactly are you selling? Is it a flat space, is it built on, is it still all hills and such, or are you selling the ownership rights to your mayor town? You need to be a little more specific, thanks.

 

He is a resident.. Just wanted to point it out.

 

Doesn't matter if he's a resident or a tycoon, I would do research on the plot before any transaction. I just wanted clarification on what exactly is being sold. Also some screenshots as well would be helpful if available.

He can't be "mayor". He can be the owner though. He just has to buy from another player.

Yes it can. I've seen people pay for someone to get mayor so they can get the land.
