Located at the bottom of Sec 2, Clause 4 is: "Anyone wishing to use an autonomous account on any part of the ECC Network must be approved by JamieSinn via PM prior to use. Failure to do so is grounds for the bot account's ban without warning." Not sure if since jamiesinn leaving us, this is still valid.
