Usually lag. I found a secret room with 2 heads and 2 beds :3 won't leak names

 

If you notice, this looks a lot like an xray/cave finder mod.
As it will not show anything but the open air.

.....Or it could be lag or OptiFine glitching out. Entire chunks won't load under the right conditions with Optifine.....

If it was xray/cave finder, why wouldn't the surrounding blocks not show up? Why wouldn't we see ores? Why would there not be blocks past a certain line? Not xray, but nice try.

It appears as though the server lagged out, stopped loading chunks and he was able to fly down.

 

i would assume that staff are not supposed to tp you there since the place is for staff.
