    Suggestion:
My suggestion is too not allow scammers to appeal their ban. People have been scammed far too much and I think this could possibly put an end to scamming
    Reason:
Surely we would curb scamming if people would know that they would be permanent banned without Appeal if they scam.

For those who think it is too harsh, there are many real life examples
Ever heard of Bernie Madoff? For scamming he got 150 years in prison
    http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff

    Other Information:
I keep hearing about scamming and it has began to get damn annoying

We can also spawn server money and lotto taxes for the money to pay back scammers

Someone cant get on minecraft, and have the money to pay it back. The user gets banned because he had no way to pay it. He gets banned, now he can't appeal and the person can't paid back. With your suggestion, the scammed user can never be paid back. -17

Takes too long and there is already a suggestion for that. Most people don't like the idea and plus like @JrHockey17 the scsmmed user porbobaly won't get the money back. Maybe they should be permabanned after deep investigation on if the scam was on purpose. -5

people are not "perma banned" for scamming. They get many chances to appeal and pay it back. Users have been perma-banned when they purposely scam multiple times and fail multiple times after appealing to pay it back. They deserve to be perma-banned.

You don't understand economy if you honestly think spawning in server funds and lotto tax is going to help. And no, perma banning is too harsh.

How is lotto tax and spawning money not going to help?

Why should we give them chances?
They stole money and deserve to be perma banned

For my first 4 months on ECC I had really bad internet. it would crash all the time and I had no knowing when it would be back up. This was not my fault and it would have really sucks to be permanently banned due to internet crashing. Thankfully his never happened. -1

Oh to not allow them to appeal? Thats really stupid. A lot of people fail to pay back loans because of family issues and perma-banning them would be unfair to them. There should be a limit on how many appeals you can make (As we see currently Giant_Leader scammed too many times and got perma-d)

This thread is saying that scammers shouldn't be allowed to appeal, contradictory?

The whole idea with lotto tax is to take money out of the economy, not to be put back into it, hence why it is a hard core economical server, -1000

What does putting money in and out of the economy have to do with a hard core economical server?
