General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of Skyblock Level Prestige and Skyblock Top 3 Prestige

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @Destructopup, will transfer sufficient value blocks to @Glotai that he reaches Skyblock island level prestige by no later than the end of December 21st 2019 (21/12/19). This means he will receive either 50,000 Levels by 21/11/19 or 60,000 levels by the final deadline (21/12/19). Any block transfers will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via forum PMs and documented with confirmation from both parties as well as screenshots and/or video. The final transfer will take place at /is warp FrailDK at 2:30 AM (UTC) on 21/12/19 if all the blocks have not already been delivered by this time.

Additionally I, @Destructopup will guarantee that @Glotai receives sufficient blocks that he finishes in the top 3 islands of the current Skyblock season (Ending 28/12/19).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I, @Glotai will pay 1,000,000 ECD to @Destructopup by the first of November (01/11/12). Additionally, I @Glotai will continue to pay $500,000 per week by the end of each week for a total of 4 consecutive weeks, starting from the same date. This will result in payments totaling 3,000,000 ECD at the end of a four week period. (including the down payment).

Furthermore, as long as I finish in one of the top 3 positions I, @Glotai will pay an additional 4,000,000 ECD to @Destructopup by no later than the end of the 24th of January 2020 (24/01/20)

All payments herein must be made using the chest shop located at /warp vault down the lift sign and on the right hand side. (687, 113, 224) on the main server.

Amendments and breaches of contract:

• If either @Destructopup or @Glotai wish to alter this contract then the terms must be agreed upon by both parties and another contract must be made and approved to amend the terms herein.

• If @Glotai fails to meet his obligation to pay the down-payment of 1,000,000 ECD by the first of November (01/11/12) the contract is null and void.

• If @Glotai fails to meet the terms of the payment plan herein a late fee of $50,000 will be applied and will be due the following week in addition to the previous weeks' missed payment. Late Fees will be tracked using a second marked chest shop adjacent to the main one. (XYZ: 686, 113, 222). If any payment is more than 2 weeks late in total then a complaint of scamming will be filed unless a new agreement can be reached and this contract is amended as described above.

• If @Destructopup fails to deliver the blocks outlined above in their entirety by 2:30 AM (UTC) on 21/12/19 at the specified location then he must refund all payments made by @Glotai under the terms of this contract by no later than December 28th 2019 (28/12/19) and an additional $50,000 penalty fee will also be due by the same date. Failure to do so will result in a breach of contract and a complaint of scamming being filed.

• If by the conclusion of the Skyblock season (28/12/19) @Destructopup has delivered sufficient blocks that @Glotai reaches island level prestige but insufficient for a top 3 position then @Glotai will not be liable to make the second payment of 4,000,000 ECD descibed above and assuming that all other financial obligations have been met, the contract will be concluded at this point.

• If according to the documented evidence @Destructopup delivered sufficient blocks to @Glotai that he would have finished in a top three position but failed to do so due to not having placed them all he will still be liable to pay the full amount at the conclusion of the season.

• If either @Destructopup or @Glotai fail to attend the final transfer at /is warp FrailDK at 2:30 AM (UTC) on 21/12/19 the absent party will have until the end of 27/12/20 to PM the party who was present on the forum and at their sole discretion arrange a new transfer time. During this extension period if @Glotai is the absentee @Destructopup will face none of the penalties for late delivery as outlined above. If a direct or proxy transfer cannot be organised and mutually agreed upon by 27/12/19 then it will result in a breach of contract and a complaint of scamming being filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
