Our plot information:
Our smallest plot: 11x11 - $1,500
Medium sized plot: 11x22 - $2,500
Largest sized plot: Size/Shape Varies - $3,500
Store Plots - Blue District (Many to chose, right at the entrance of the town): 11x11 - $2,000

Houses/stores can be a maximum of three floors above ground. Half of the town is on a lake, use caution if building a basement. Basements are to be no deeper than 8 blocks.

Sanctuary Town Rules
Notice:These rules can be modified at any time.

Follow All The Server Rules

General Rules:
1. Follow the server rules.
2. Do not grief. You will be removed from the town immediately.
3. No trespassing on someone’s property without their permission.
4. Do not steal from others. You will be immediately removed from the town.

Building Rules:
1. House style:
2. Keep your mining outside of the town.
3. You may have a farm on your plot.
4. Houses/stores are to be no more than three stories above ground.
5. Basements are allowed, no deeper than 15 blocks. Use caution, half of town is built on a lake.
6. Must not exceed set plot size.
7. Plots may be joined together.
8. Store plots can also double as your house if you don't want to buy an additional house plot.
9. If your building does not follow rules above and you can't be contacted in a reasonable time the mayor has rights to adjust building to code or worse case remove you from town.

Sanctuary shop owners feel free to post an advertisement for your shop here as well.

 

Yes it is still around, your home is still there too. Just take the portal at spawn or I can tp if we meet online.
