Hello @kkha and @DanTheMiningMan1, Before I can approve this contract, one thing is going to need to be added. A clause on the town being transferred from @DanTheMiningMan1 to @kkha would make this contract better. Something like "@DanTheMiningMan1 will add @kkha as owner of 'endless_city2' within 24 hours of @DanTheMiningMan1's mayor application being approved" would be necessary here. Once edits are made @DanTheMiningMan1 will have to re-agree and the contract will be reevaluated
