Sale of Magic 3 Diamond Pickaxe

Terms of the contract:
@KhronesGehrig will provide @LeoRusher a Magic level 3 Diamond Pickaxe (#M3I2WLLC) within 24 hours of contract approval in exchange for a total cost of $5,000,000.00 ECD.

The balance of $5m will be paid by @LeoRusher to @KhronesGehrig over no longer then 6 weeks, with the following payment schedule:

1 - $1m due Sunday November 24, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
2 - $1m due Sunday December 1, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
3 - $1m due Sunday December 8, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
4 - $1m due Sunday December 15, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
5 - $1m due Sunday December 22, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST



All payments will be made via a chestshop at /warp walmart. @LeoRusher reserves the right to make any and all payments early if he wishes.

@KhronesGehrig will maintain the /own on the Magic level 3 Diamond Pickaxe (#M3I2WLLC) until final payment is made. @KhronesGehrig will transfer ownership to @LeoRusher within 48 hours of final payment.

@KhronesGehrig reserves the right to file a user complaint and seek repossession assistance upon any late payment over a week unless formally agreed upon by both @KhronesGehrig and @LeoRusher. 50 Percent of prior payments will be considered forfeit to @KhronesGehrig if repossession is necessary.

If the Magic level 3 Diamond Pickaxe (#M3I2WLLC) is broke or lost, then @LeoRusher will be held to the terms of the contract and is expected to make payments as stated above in full.
