@juzt4me you do need to tag all mentions of an IGN, including your own. Also, in 'The other user(s) involved with this contract' section you would describe what the other user must do, like add you as owner of the town within 24 hours of contract acceptance/payment, etc. Please update the contract, and then have the other user(s) involved sign agreement here.
