The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a Trade of the L3 Magic Rod (#LK6FP7PU) for a $100 Giftcard and promotion spin included. 2. @EasternPromise will Purchase a $100 Giftcard and promotion spin in my name @coow_coow on the 7th of august @coow_coow will retain ownership of the L3 Rod until the $100 giftcard and promotional spin has been purchased and handed over, at which point I will own the rod over to @EasternPromise . 3. Faliure to meet the agreement on the agreed date will result in returning the L3 Rod to @coow_coow 4. If forwhatever reason the L3 Rod is Lost , stolen or broken or @EasternPromise is unable to follow through on the agreement @EasternPromise will have to pay @coow_coow $10,000,000 ECD - at which point a complaint may be filed, and a new payment plan-contract made and put in place for the total sum of $10,000,000 I (the contract initiator) agree to the terms listed above: I, Coow_Coow agree to the terms of this contract.
@EasternPromise i have removed this section from the contract as its not something staff can enforce but I will continute to honour it regardless "In addition to this I will Agree to set up Max price Tropical and Pufferfish chestshops for Easternpromise to sell to at /warp clearwater at my earliest convenience" If you could plese re-agree to the terms of the contract this can then be processed sorry for the inconvinence -Coow
