IGN: @Angelicdew Users Involved in this Contract: @chamber480 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a Magic Rod L3 (#LHTP2E9F) for a total of $15,000,000 ECD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Angelicdew will give @chamber480 the magic rod (#LHTP2E9F) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @chamber480 will make 7 weekly payments of 2,000,000 ECD and 1 weekly payment of 1,000,000 to the chest shop located at AngelicDew's farm(X:-1423 Y: -58 Z:-9898) If @chamber480 fails to make any payments for the week will result in an additional 100,000 per day owed up to 700,000 total. After which the magic rod must be returned back to @Angelicdew unless otherwise agreed in advance. Payment 1 due date - 5/25/2023 Payment 2 due date - 6/1/2023 Payment 3 due date - 6/8/2023 Payment 4 due date - 6/15/2023 Payment 5 due date - 6/22/2023 Payment 6 due date - 6/29/2023 Payment 7 due date - 7/6/2023 Payment 8 due date - 7/13/2023 ($1,000,000) If payment is not completed in full by 11:59 PM EST on each of the due dates (taking the 1 weeks grace period into account), the contract will be considered violated, and a complaint may be filed. Once all payments are completed, I @Angelicdew will transfer ownership of the Magic rod over to @chamber480.
@Angelicdew Could you please add in, that there will be an 8th payment of 1m if there is one? (It looks like there may be according to the timeline) @chamber480 will need to re-agree once these changes have been made.
