IGN: @edrandom Users Involved in this Contract: @__John__Galt__ Terms of the Contract: @edrandom will give the Eff7 pickaxe with the ID #KG4LW3AP to @__John__Galt__ without immediate payment on the 27th of october 2020. The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until amount paid. @__John__Galt__ will transfer 141k ECD per week by 11:59pm each tuesday for 6 consecutive weeks totalling 846k to @edrandom. @__John__Galt__ will need to pay to the chest/s at /warp figos on /main (rising) (1033 64 13538) with last payment by 11:59 8th December 2020. If the tool breaks @__John__Galt__ will be required to pay 846k ECD to @edrandom by 11:59PM 27th January 2021 as compensation. Should the principle of 700k be paid off EARLY, an amount of 24k/week will be taken from the total price of 846k. if @__John__Galt__ misses a payment, the contract will remain valid however he will incur a 24k ECD late fee per week missed, for up to two weeks and agree that any late fees will be paid on the week following the final payment. If more than 2 payments are missed, then @edrandom has the right to reclaim the EFF7 (ID #KG4LW3AP) from @__John__Galt__, if an agreement can not be met. One question...what time zone are we using to determine deadlines? I live in CST, but not sure about the "bank". *Edit* Confirmed that EST is the time zone being used. I agree to the terms above.
