Also, I give john permission to use his TYCOON town claim on any town I was original owner of. He will remain the sole owner of the town, and I can not claim it back. It is up to him if he wants to add another owner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: _John_Galt Must pay me 1,500,000 ECD.
